Miniaturindo was founded in 1997. Our first scale model was a patrol boat commissioned by its shipyard in Tanjung Pinang, Indonesia. Today we are proud to include companies such as Parto Tadbir Pars, Assaluyeh Platform Co., Liquiline As., Namsung Shipping, Khalid Faraj Shipping along with a host of corporations and private citizens among our customers.

Starting from a company of one employee, business has developed to the point that we require a production supervisor, sales and customer service management, an engineering supervisor, and a full time administration staff to insure that we continue to deliver the professional service that our clients expect.

Over the past 13 years, a quiet little company has grown from a part-time hobby to a full-time enterprise.

They’ve grown by staying small. Literally. The company, Miniaturindo, builds models, but not the kind you buy at the hobby store. They specialize in detailed custom scale model for corporate offices, concept presentations, museums and trade shows worldwide.

The company now has a crew of 12 full-time employees and a facility located in Sidoarjo, Indonesia. The company’s output of three to four models a year in the 90’s has grown to 50 – 75 models annually which are used primarily for exhibit purposes.
The range of clients served extends from shipbuilder, ship owner, maritime industry, maritime academy, heavy industry, offshore & onshore plant.
