creole is a newly established chocolates and pastry boutique located in
the heart of the busiest district in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Founded by one of the best chocolatier patissier, also a tutor in a most prestigious
pastry school of Melbourne, Australia, Jose ‘Joy’ Pelo with 3 of his former Indonesian student,
whom all passionate about creating a range of the best quality chocolates and pastries.




The word ‘creole’ (French word of ‘Criollo’) has a meaning of the variety of Cocoa tree
that gives the best ‘chocolate’ flavor. Inspired by this very word,
creole always tries to create products with the best quality ingredients to ensure
the satisfaction of Jakarta’s sweet tooth. Made fresh everyday in the first on-site open kitchen,
guests can view how the process of chocolates making is done. There is "cafe coklat" for us.




creole provides several of hot and cold beverages, ranging from its signature
Hot Belgian Chocolate and Ice Chocolate, Italian style hot and cold coffees, Teas and fruit drinks,
a la carte desserts, Individual French pastries, truffles and pralines, birthday cakes, customized gifts,
and special occasion hampers. A cozy ambience of Jakarta laid back cafe with
a view of the busiest street in Jakarta, Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, always make sure you have
the sweetest gift and right spot to bring your love ones. "Cafe coklat" is the place for our relax.
